All I want is a one-room studio apartment barely big enough to fit my forge and smelter next to the bed I don’t want to spend all day running from one side of my house to the other and I don’t want separate rooms for enchanting and smithing activities.
Everyone wants their enchanting spells to be godlike. Everybody wants to build a castle or a nine-acre ranch. I found that all of the housing mods are simply too megalomaniac for my taste and the enchanting mods are too crazy strong for what I want. This mod came about because very early in the game I thought to myself, “Gee it would be nice to have a place where I can dump all my stolen stuff so I can go pay my $27 Whiterun bounty and my $25 Markarth bounty without LOSING IT ALL.” Then shortly after that I thought,“Gee it would be nice if the enchanting system wasn’t nerfed so much… even after cheating my way to level 255 I can still only put “fortify alchemy” up to 40-something percent.” So I looked at all the mods available that did things like that.
